Mission: It is to be a preferred department with educational activities, where the candidates who perform health management education in accordance with international criteria, produce information that can make informative contribution, develop continuously, have solution oriented and provide health benefits to human beings.
Vision: The aim is to provide a qualified health management education which is equipped with modern health management knowledge and skills, has advanced research and problem solving ability, has cultural accumulation and communication skills, and can lead the environment and educates health managers who adopt Atatürk's principles and revolutions. In addition, it has been tasked to carry out the obligation to provide community health services on a universal basis, to access and produce the information necessary for the continuity and development of the health services offered, and to use and disseminate the information effectively.
Aim and Values: To educate the health administrators who are aware of the problems in health services, can solve these problems, equipped with the knowledge, skills and attitudes, able to manage in health institutions, implementing the ethics rules of the profession, renewing them continuously and developing them at internationally accepted standards.

• To be compassionate, honest and trustworthy in relation to patients, physicians and other persons
• To provide sensitivity to show correct, honest and consistent behaviors in relation to patient families, colleagues and other individuals during their professional life
• To gain the ability to communicate effectively with patients, family members, colleagues and other concerned persons both verbally and spoken
• To follow scientific and technological developments, changes in professional practices, and ways of accessing information to respond to community needs.
